I had no money to pay for my law and applied for several dead semesters, managed to pay them but was chased away aggressively, (I cannot forget the day I was handed my dismissal letter from MUK Faculty of Law by the Examination Officer- A state spy/agent who abused me and told me to go and become President). Janet Museveni, The Minister of Education and First Lady, warned me earlier in 2003 at Africa Hall; she told me, Young Man Aroma, we shall reduce you to nothing under the sun if you oppose us. This was in response to my questions about the UPDF/LRA War in Northern Uganda and the suffering of the people. I was then earmarked for persecution and destruction. I joined Cavendish University in 2015 for another four years to study law, paid by myself, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in May 2020 Hon. ODOI OYWELOWO FOX, A member of Uganda's Eleventh Parliament representing the West Budama North East constituency and former President Museveni Principal Private Secretary (PPS), confirmed writing a letter to Makerere University ordering my dismissal because I was criticizing the government on Kampala Radios and EKIMEEZA Talk shows. I was a regular caller, panelist, and participant on Uganda’s open-air radio talk shows (Ekimeeza) from 2001 to 2007. The open-air talk shows were banned by President Museveni and his NRM Government. Hon. Fox Odoi confirmed writing the letter in my presence during a meeting with the Inter-Party Youth Platform members in 2015 and Members of Parliament on the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee. I was part of the IYOP Delegation to Parliament as UPC National Youth Leader. President Museveni and his NRM Government directly revenged against me for REVEALING THE CHEMICAL WEAPONS THAT were imported from IRAN & NORTH KOREA BY UPDF TO FINISH OFF NORTHERN UGANDA IN THE NAMES OF FIGHTING LRA OF JOSEPH KONY AT CLUB OBBLIGATO DURING EKIMEEZA RADIO DEBATE IN 2003 AND PRESENTING ALL PEACE DOCUMENTS FROM 1993- 2006 TO AMERICAN EMBASSY AND BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION IN 2006 THAT LED TO JUBA PEACE TALKS AND BROUGHT PEACE TO NORTHERN UGANDA. The peace negotiation documents were given to me by the Acholi delegation, including some LRA returnees who came to my office at Uganda House when I was UPC Communications Manager. Later on, I was arrested and CHARGED with TREASON & MISPRISON OF TREASON at KIIRA ROAD POLICE STATION together with Hon. John Livingstone Okello Okello -Former Chua County MP in Kitgum District. We were released based on pressure from the US Embassy and the British High Commission, who told President Museveni and UPDF that I, Aroma Patrick, and Hon. Livingstone Okello Okello were working for Peace and that I, Aroma Patrick, were not an LRA Collaborator but a peacemaker President Museveni and his NRM Government will NEVER FORGIVE ME for revealing the chemical weapons, saving Northern Uganda, and bringing peace to Northern Uganda. After my dismissal from the MUK FACULTY OF LAW, I was followed, persecuted, arrested, oppressed, and suffocated in always. My first fiancĂ©e/wife-to-be was poisoned to death; NRM State Security bought My Second Wife to poison me to death; my daughter was poisoned to death. The plan to murder me started in 2001 elections when my right leg was broken in front of Lira Hotel in the presence of Presidential Guard Brigade (now SFC) in a planned State murder accident that should have ended my life. I survived miraculously. My Life Chapter under President Museveni and NRM IS CLOSED & CONDEMNED Contact: Hon. Fox Odoi on +256772982299 Email: bodoi@parliament.go.ug
